As a kid, I was always fascinated by the culinary commotion in my mother’s kitchen. However, being the only boy in a household full of women, I was often left out of the food preparations. When I finally got the chance to be initiated into this sacred ritual, my interest went far beyond ordinary meal preparation. I found my passion in a different path—I wanted to be a baker. My imagination became fixated on culinary design, the artistry of crafting desserts from scratch, with no clear vision of the final product, yet trusting it would always be something beautiful. Determined to pursue this passion, I went to school, took baking and decorating classes, and I stand here today without a single regret. Baking is my passion, and through it, I’ve embraced a journey of no retreat and no surrender.”
